  • Sovereignty and regulatory constraint mapping
  • Cloud versus on-premises cost and risk analysis, including grid-dependent versus islanded deployment paths
  • A staged infrastructure roadmap, not merely a governance report

Who it is for

Regulated enterprise, healthcare systems, defence-adjacent contractors, legal and financial firms. Anyone whose AI ambitions are constrained by where their data is allowed to live.

Typically two to three weeks. Fixed fee, fifty percent on signature.

  • Compute requirement and thermal sink or offtake analysis
  • Deployment constraints, grid-dependency analysis and preliminary economics
  • A clear conclusion: go, conditional go, or no-go

Who it is for

Prospective on-premises AI and distributed infrastructure buyers who need to know whether a specific site will actually work before anyone commits capital.

An honest no-go is a successful engagement. You are paying for the answer, not for the answer you want.

Who it is for
