Jack Stallion Enterprise · JSE

AI got fast. Infrastructure did not.

JSE engineers sovereign AI infrastructure for places where compute cannot wait for ordinary power timelines, and where operating authority must remain explicit.

One house. One machine. Bounded intelligence.

The governing thesis

Integration is not a feature. It is the moat.

The difficult problem is not finding a generator, a battery, a cooling loop or accelerators. It is making power, compute, thermal behavior, control authority and evidence behave as one accountable object.

The house

JSE

Mission, standard, capital and stewardship. The company owns the whole-system argument.

The machine

HEARTHCube

Alpha, Bravo and the HEARTH Spine sold and operated as one integrated infrastructure system.

The intelligence layer

ARKADIN

Bounded reasoning and optimisation inside the machine. Advisory intelligence never becomes unbounded physical authority.

Configuration A

Two boxes. Three buffers. One machine.

Alpha carries sovereign compute. Bravo carries persistent generation, electrical storage and the thermal plant. The HEARTH Spine joins them through named power, thermal, control, safety and evidence interfaces.

Authority has a boundary

Reason broadly. Act narrowly.

ARKADIN can forecast, reason, optimise and propose. PLANT authenticates the proposal, checks the operating context and hard bounds, confirms recoverability and owner policy, then accepts, clamps or rejects.

The intelligence is useful because it is not sovereign over the hardware.

Why now

The market is colliding with physical reality.

The external signal is unusually clear. AI loads are becoming a material share of U.S. electricity demand, grid operators are rewriting large-load rules, and data-center engineering is converging on integrated power-and-cooling design.

Power

11.8% by 2030

Berkeley Lab's 2026 reference case estimates data centers could account for 11.8% of U.S. electricity use by 2030, with a 9.5%–15.3% scenario range.

Interconnection

Speed-to-power is policy.

FERC has directed regional grid operators to justify or reform rules for connecting large loads, explicitly naming data centers and speed-to-power.

Integration

Power and cooling converge.

ASHRAE now frames high-density AI infrastructure as an integrated electrical, mechanical and architectural problem from the outset.

Founder-led

Disciplined imagination. Evidence before claim.

JSE is built around a simple discipline: hold the whole system in view, make the governing constraint legible, imagine the machine before committing it to metal, and let measurement strengthen or kill the claim.

That method shapes the engineering, the business model and the way JSE speaks in public.

Where the work begins

Name the constraint.

A workload, site, power queue, sovereignty mandate or investment thesis is enough to begin. JSE will tell you quickly whether the machine belongs in the conversation.
